Half Day Mediation

$1,400 inclusive of GST ($700 payable per party)

A half day mediation runs from 9:00am until 1:00pm, or as otherwise negotiated.

Full Day Mediation

$2,200 inclusive of GST ($1,100 payable per party)

A full day mediation runs from 9:00am until 5:00pm, or as otherwise negotiated.

Section 60I Certificate

$300

Payable in advance of issuing invitation to the other party. Includes all invitations to attend mediation and issuance of section 60I certificate.

Reading Fee

$250 per hour

Generally a reading fee is not required, however in the event a significant volume of material is required to be read prior to mediation (more than 2 hours), a reading fee may be charged.

Travel Fee

Less than one hours - no charge.

More than one hour - by negotiation.

Flights and accommodation - by negotiation.

Venue Hire

As charged by venue.
